This phase deals with all the documentation necessary to get planning permission for your new home in Tuscany. We will work with you to listen to your needs and draw up an appropriate design brief. We will then ensure that your ideas for restoration are feasible (and cost effective) and propose alternatives where necessary.
This design process is generally quite iterative requiring constant consultation with the Client to discuss ideas and make modifications where necessary. At Our Toscana, we keep our Clients constantly updated and believe communication is the key to success. This generally means that we'll be on the phone to you going over the pros and cons of a specific solution. You will feel our project management skills from the start as we never lose sight of quality, timing and budget.

- Significant vertical sections in 2 directions
- Eaves Detailing
